3 Account Security

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

bk ok will not be held responsible for any errors in information provided at the time of deposit or withdrawal. The member is solely responsible for any financial loss resulting from incorrect information.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bk ok offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read before claiming the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, and to withdraw that bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• If the account balance reaches zero before the bonus wagering is complete, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games may contribute only partially toward wagering requirements when playing with bonus funds.

• Instructions or orders from legal authorities.

9.2 Closure by the Member

A member may close their account at any time by contacting the bk ok support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure; however, bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited where applicable.
